About me

I am fascinated by the gap between what people are coping with and what they are carrying.

The woman managing a team while caring for ageing parents.

The capable person who looks like they're coping but is running on empty.

The leader whose confidence has disappeared seemingly overnight.

The woman wondering why everything suddenly feels harder than it used to.

For more than 20 years, I worked in organisational development, helping teams improve performance, culture, and ways of working. What I discovered was that many of the challenges we try to solve in organisations are not process problems at all.

They are human problems.

Today, through Discover & Thrive, I bring together organisational development, therapeutic practice, creative reflection, and lived insight to help individuals and organisations explore the human realities that often sit beneath wellbeing, workplace culture, burnout, menopause, and life transitions.

Because sometimes the problem isn't capability.

It's capacity.

I work with individuals, workplaces, and community groups through keynote presentations, workshops, facilitated conversations, mentoring, and therapeutic support. My approach combines evidence-informed practice, creative reflection, and practical strategies that help people better understand themselves, navigate change, and build sustainable ways of living and working.

Where appropriate, I also work alongside allied health professionals and family support networks, recognising that meaningful change is often strengthened when the people around us are part of the conversation. Supporting the individual is important. Supporting the system around them can be equally powerful.

I am available for:

• Keynote presentations
• Workplace workshops and facilitated conversations
• Menopause and women's wellbeing programs
• Burnout and emotional sustainability workshops
• Workplace culture and wellbeing initiatives
• Mentoring and therapeutic support
• Allied health collaborations and community partnerships
