My Mission
“If you discover, evolve, and thrive, then the whole world is a better place”.
Frustration, trauma, stress and pain are different for everyone. Your life is your own lived experience, and because of that, I tailor our approach to your unique journey. At the core of my philosophy is a holistic, client-centred methodology, ensuring you are heard, understood, and empowered.
What can I offer you
I’ve experienced mental health challenges, so I know some of what you might be going through. Most of all, I get a kick out of seeing people break through their depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome, burn out, whatever life is throwing at you, including some of the those bigger life road bumps that you might be facing for either you or a loved one.
Deep inside, we all know that true transformation goes beyond surface-level change; otherwise, you wouldn’t be here; and that at times, we all need help.
I know that no two clients are the same. Together, as we start to uncover and challenge patterns, reshape ingrained negative perspectives, and build lasting resilience, I’m right here with you.
Are you ready?
Take the First Step
Yes, it might be daunting, but imagine how much better life could be, than where you are right now.
Contact me today for an initial appointment, and let's take that first step together.
You deserve to thrive, not just survive.
Who am I…..
Years ago, I experienced mental health challenges, including imposter syndrome and depression. That journey shaped me and inspired a deep commitment to helping others live freely, fully, and with purpose. It became my life’s work.
Over the past several years, I’ve studied a range of mental health modalities and am now a qualified Art Therapist, coach, and accredited practitioner in Women’s Leadership. I bring a wealth of professional experience to my practice, alongside the calm, grounded presence that comes from doing my own healing work.
You won’t just benefit from my expertise, you’ll feel supported by my dedication to holding a space where you feel genuinely safe, seen, and empowered. My approach is always client-centred, offering warmth, empathy, and respect as you move through your own unique process of healing and growth.
Getting in Touch…
I genuinely care about offering each of my clients the best possible support. Rather than having you select a time from an online calendar, I’d love to learn a little about you first, so I can make sure I’m the right fit and offer what you truly need.
To help with this, I’ve created a short Enquiry Form, just a few questions so I understand where you are in life.
Once I’ve received your responses, I’ll be in touch to arrange a free 10-minute phone call. It’s a chance for us to connect, and explore how I can support, and book your first appointment. You can find our Privacy Policy here.

Stuck with no way forward
"Sue’s guidance and support have been truly life-changing. As we went through the process, we uncovered stuff I hadn’t thought about for years. She gave me ways to deal with things, and over time, I gained the confidence to take the next step—and applied for my first promotion, which I got! I couldn’t be happier.”

Back together
"For some time, our son had been shutting down, and we assumed it was just the pressures of high school and moving here from our home in Victoria. Through several sessions, he has found his voice and we couldn’t be happier."

Got my focus back
“Sue’s art therapy sessions have been a total game-changer for me. I never thought I'd be the kind of person who talks about ‘self-discovery,’ but here I am—completely blown away by the process! Turns out, what you think about yourself actually affects your body. Wild, right? I feel lighter, more confident and a lot more in control.

Kids are tricky
“We took my daughter in to see if she would just open up to someone. She a is only six so it’s sometimes difficult at that age to get kids to talk. It’ was an amazing gentle process that allowed her to find out for herself what she was afraid of, and how to make it better. I had never heard of art therapy, but I can’t recommend it highly enough.”
