We know that no two clients are the same. Together, as we start to uncover and challenge patterns, reshape ingrained perspectives, and build lasting resilience, we are right here with you.

Kind Words:

  • Stuck with no way forward

"Sue’s guidance and support have been truly life-changing. When I first began, I had no idea what art therapy was or what to expect, I thought she was going to test my art ability! But it’s not about that at all. As we went through the process, we uncovered stuff I hadn’t thought about for years, but clearly, they were holding me back in so many ways with my job and my family. She gave me ways to deal with things, and over time, I gained the confidence to take the next step—and applied for my first promotion, which I got! I couldn’t be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone feeling stuck or struggling to move forward."

  • Back together

"For some time, our son had been shutting down, and we assumed it was just the pressures of high school and moving here from our home in Victoria. We never truly understood what he was going through—until we started therapy. Through several sessions, he has opened up, found his voice, and now actively seeks us out. The relationship we now have, and the fact that he actually spends time with us as a family, is something we are incredibly grateful for. We couldn’t be happier."

  • Got my focus back

“Sue’s art therapy sessions have been a total game-changer for me. I never thought I'd be the kind of person who talks about ‘self-discovery,’ but here I am—completely blown away by the process!

Turns out, what you think about yourself actually affects your body. Wild, right? Since being able to identify when I’m starting to stress out, and changing my thinking, my headaches have disappeared, and I’ve even lost some weight! I feel lighter, more confident and a little bit more in control.

  • I couldn't see

I was just crashing into one thing after another. I’ve never done therapy, but I like art, so I thought I would give this a go and see if this would help. We started to work through it, but it was way worse than I thought. We had to stop and just focus on one thing at a time. She was able to build this mind map thing so we could see what to start on. Once we had that, we got a plan in place. That’s what I’ve done over the last three months, and I feel great. I have a goal and a plan for each fortnight (that’s not for everyone, but it works for me). Cheers.

  • Kids are tricky

“We took Sara in to see if she would just open up to someone so we knew what was wrong. Sara is only six so it’s sometimes difficult at that age to get kids to talk. We had thought it was because I was pregnant again, but she wouldn’t say. She was really gentle with her and after only two sessions she had opened up and they identified what was wrong. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone with kids. It’s an amazing gentle process that allowed Sara to show us the problem, so we could make it better. I had never hear to art therapy, but I can’t recommend it highly enough.”
