A Different Conversation Has Arrived
Redefining Menopause Workshops
Now Booking Across Tasmania
If you're in your 30s, 40s, 50s or beyond, this conversation is for you.
Forget the stereotypes. Menopause isn't a single event—it can begin years before most women expect, affecting energy, thinking, emotions, relationships, work and confidence.
These four-hour workshops combine practical education, evidence-informed discussion and creative reflection in a supportive environment where women finally have permission to ask the questions they've been carrying for years.
Six workshops. Three Tasmanian cities. Places are limited.
Menopause Workshops
Supporting women, and couples, to understand, navigate and respond to menopause with clarity and confidence.
Menopause is often experienced in isolation, yet it impacts relationships, identity, health, and daily life. These workshops provide a practical, grounded space to understand what is happening, build confidence, and develop ways to respond — both individually and within relationships.
What to Expect
A safe place to share, learn and explore
A practical, guided workshop combining education, reflection, and real-life application
Clear understanding of menopause stages and how they may present differently
Insight into emotional, physical, and cognitive changes
Simple, practical strategies for energy, nutrition, movement, and regulation
Space to reflect, recognise patterns, and build confidence in how to respond
For Women
Supporting women to understand changes in their body and mind, reduce confusion and overwhelm, and build confidence in how they respond and care for themselves.
For Couples
Supporting partners to better understand menopause, reduce miscommunication, and learn practical ways to support each other through change — including early menopause due to medical treatment.

“Such a safe, relaxed space — and I walked away with practical things I can actually use.” Tina - Launceston
